Owner - Ashley Rose Surber

Celebrating over 20 years in the beauty industry, Ashley Rose has mastered the art of evolving with intention — always ahead of the trends, never behind them.

She began her career in 1999 and quickly realized her passion was bigger than one lane. By 2002, she became a licensed esthetician, specializing in facials and waxing, before leveling up with advanced training at the prestigious Elizabeth Grady School in makeup artistry. In 2006, she added eyelash extensions to her repertoire, long before they became the must-have beauty service they are today.

After relocating to Aquidneck Island in 2011, Ashley planted roots and built a loyal clientele who know her as the go-to for lashes, brows, and skin that glows without filters. Today, her signature services include lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.

And because growth is kind of her thing, in 2025 Ashley is expanding the brand… shhh, it’s still a secret. 🌹”
