Life happens—I completely understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within:
• 24–48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee
• Less than 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 100% service fee
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total
These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment time and allow availability for other clients.
